THE WORST PUNISHMENT

The worst punishment I have received was the "silent treatment" and the 2nd worst was the "no contact/communication of any form".

I'm ruled by my emotions. So the silent treatment messes with my emotions and mind. The no contact/communication of any form is like cutting off my lifeline. I go insane.

My emotions spiral out of control. My world turns upside down. I go into a dark place and the depression spiral downward. I become an emotional wreck. Then the feeling of abandonment sets in. The feeling of being cast aside. Unwanted.
