Over the next couple days, a decision will be made as to how to proceed with answering your act of aggression. I believe that my message was written clearly, in an easy to understand format, with a minimal amount of complex words, each one written with clarity and purpose. 

Until that time, any person who claims Cosian citizenship will be placed on a no-entry list and will be turned away at all points of entry into Lydius without prior, express written consent from the city administration. All ships will be denied entry into the port, wagons will be turned away before reaching Lydius, and all Cosian assets in Lydius will be frozen.
