Gorean Music Hall - as performed by Aiken and Talarius of Helisto in Kazahr some time ago
Talarius - I say, I say, I say. My FC’s gone on a trip to that large island north of Helisto! ... Aiken - Cos? ... Talarius - She didn’t tell me why!!
Talarius – After that she’s off to that place on the Vosk near Telnus ... Aiken – Ven? ... Talarius – After she gets back from that large island north of Helisto, I suppose!!!
Aiken: I'm on a sul paga diet . . . last week I lost three days!
Talarius: So I said to the Physician, 'Can you give me something for my liver?' He gave me a pound of onions.
Aiken: Assassins are impressive. It’s not the killing part that impresses me; it’s that they figured out a way to fit "ass" into the same word twice.
Talarius: How do you make a pirate angry? Take the P out of him.
Aiken: I hear Plartis of the Prancing Larl has collared a new tavern slave who can balance three tankards of ale on her head. He’s named her beatrix.
Talarius: My friend told me he threw a stick 5 pasangs and his kailla found it and brought it back! Sounds a bit far fetched!
Aiken: I was attacked by a verr herder throwing milk and cheese at me today. I thought, "how dairy"
Talarius: Aiken got caught smuggling twelve cases of fortified wine into Cos. Now he’s worried he might be deported.
Aiken: Why is an Initiate like a Christmas tree? The balls are just for decoration.
Talarius: I heard Admiral Aiken got in a fight with a sea creature that he thought was his friend. Turned out he was anemone.
Aiken: This Peasant said to me, "I've got sixty-eight verr, would you like to round 'em up for me?", so I said, "Ok, you've got seventy"
Talarius: I heard that a roundship full of blue paint has collided with another one full of red paint. The crews have been marooned.
(( The audience went wild - but we managed to outrun them!! ))

*reads this, wiping tears of laughter from my cheeks ( on my FACE!!).
Looks at Talarius and then Aiken. On catching my breath I finally politely applaud, tossing those fun little exploding birthday candles at their backs as they try to out run the howls of the rest of their audience.
Thank you both SO much, I laughed so hard I cried. In public. I'm still laughing.
*hugs you both and tries to regain a sense of calm and dignity. Wait. That's my sister = calm and dignified. Never mind*
Okkkkkkkkkkk!!! There was absolutely NOTHING polite about my applause. Fine job both of you!!! ( STILL laughing !!!)
