If you are using Chrome browser and you have the flash plugin installed but are still getting the "You have no flash plugin installed" error, you need to enable Flash Usage for Chrome. There is nothing to "fix". All the top browsers are starting to disable flash by default. Buzzen does not have any control over what browsers do or do not do. There is a non-flash version in the works but there is no eta on when it will be completed.

Is there a separate log in for chat vs your account? I typed in my email addy and it says not recognized but I did verify it. Anyone have ideas, let me know. thanks

If you Enable and Update Flash for Chrome it should work fine. Have not tried IE yet.

Or!!! Just look in your internet address and right next to the star there will be a ANTI POP UP BUTTON with a little red X - just hit the button and allow buzzen - poof problem fixed

I have fire fox and enabled plug in still will not let me in.

The only way i could get this to work was to use the puffin browser it has flash built in

you can try the old flash version.. go to the roomlist and click on the flash icon to the right of the room name.

I'm having trouble entering the rooms. I'm not banned, it's just that the page only appears, but no text on the screen. I've tried clearing the cache. I'm using Google Chrome. Some of the time I do get in and some of the time I don't and some of the time, I have to keep reloading.

I cannot sign in properly. It shows connecting/disconnected... That's all I get.

I enter chat rooms 40-2 ..or Politics and i enter room but can't answer or converse...note bottom sas need flash chat..i been in chat for yrs and never had problems. can u help...Leonard9139@aol.com

®Len_1£ flash is not required to chat on Buzzen, or any websites these days, as the official support for Flash finally ended on December 31st, 2020, to enter chat you can just click on the chatroom link and enter the room. Hello - I am having an issue with entering the rooms. When I enter the page is blank and says downloading. I can't even type in the room. I tried going into the help room and same thing was happening. Would you know what would be causing this? Thank you in advance.

I actually cannot imagine what's going on Have you signed in the everything, then do a refresh or something. I'm sorry I've never had that happen. Sorry

Yes. Have cleared out my cache and files. Still nothing. I wrote to the help desk and they didn't have an answer for me. If you find a cure please let me know, lol

No! No rooms at all. I have seen a few people with the same issue. If they figure it out I hope they let ne know. Thank you have yourself a good night :)

Not sure why this is happening to some. But try this from the chat page (when you enter the room even if it doesnt join and just sticks at loading)
click on the little triangle on the left side of the address bar
click on site settings
scroll down to Insecure content and change it to allow. then close the settings page and you will have to refesh the chat page.

Instructions Admin posted on other thread to correct the issue.

Hello. I am still having trouble accessing the chat room I get in but then it comes up disconnected :( I have cleared my cache. Are you able to give me some advice as to what I may need do please.
