My gender emote won't update on the chatroom page

Once you change your gender in your profile and save, you should then log out and log back in. Then visit a chat room page. Your gender icon should be updated. If not please visit the Helpdesk or open a support ticket at https://www.buzzen.com/supportticket.html.
