susie101, did you actually read what the moderator said? Your analogy makes no sense.
Would you walk into a person's home and begin re-arranging the furniture, tell them how to live, correct their children?
Rules are rules and if a Sysop came into a chat room you owned, and started barking out orders, you'd go elsewhere.
I've hosted, but never moderated for Buzzen if it was a paying job, I still wouldn't do it.
These people put up with abuse no one else would tolerate, they help whenever its possible, and then they have to explain the simplest rule repeatedly.
Do you have an idea how many times this subject had been addressed?
Take the ban, go clean a closet, read a book, go for a walk.
Oh and one more thing, since I have taken over this post, you can always close your whispers.

What does a night of pleasure with Memphis consist of? Will there be window washing, floor washing, laundry doing, ironing, foot massages? Asking for a friend.

This is absolutely none of my business, but being a former host I can say this with complete certainty...before anyone is banned, and I mean anyone, your account has been checked and verified. The action that was against Buzzen's rules, which caused your ban (or anyone else's) was researched. Buzzen and room owners do NOT ban without just cause.
I find it funny when people deny that they weren't home, they were visiting relative in Guam, they were at the Doctors, the Dentists or out buying Klondike bars. Do you think the staff at Buzzen doesn't double and triple check, before issuing a ban? Do you think they enjoy banning chatters?
If it wasn't you, then you have to look at the people in your home, unless you have a very smart pet. Then deal with the person or pet that caused your ban!
Own it, apologize, and promise to act like an adult in the future.
These people work for FREE, no one pays them, the room that is being disrupted is paid for my someone who wants us to have a place to chat, who are you, or anyone else to ruin that for other people? 
As I said, it's not my business, but what flooders do effects me too, and everyone else in the room, it interrupts our chat time.

I was in the room when he was talking absolute nonsense, followed by repeatedly typing the same few letters. I used ignore, makes life easier.

I wasn't going to post this. It was told to me in confidence by the other woman involved in this story, and I promised I would never repeat it. Please remember I was told this story second hand, and I have always believed it to be true.

Sadly, they are both gone now.
Many years ago, perhaps 20 or so. A woman we chatted with back on MSN fell on hard times. I don't recall the circumstances, nor all the details of the situation.
I simply remember that the woman had no money to purchase Christmas gifts for her children, perhaps they had met outside of chat as well, both being from CA. that could very well be so.
Without telling a soul, Jenna, and her then husband stepped up and bought those children some gifts. I don't know what was spent and that doesn't even matter.
Jenna was outspoken, sarcastic, beautiful, humorous and brilliant...but the thing I will always remember, is her kind soul.

I removed the ban as soon as I saw it.

Open Minded will not be allowing 1 person to use multiple accounts any longer. The only reason people need more than 1 account is because they are up to no good and they are deceiving people.
We, the hosts in Open Minded, feel that it is our responsibility to protect our chatters, some of whom have been with us since the rooms conception.
They have been loyal to us and we are going to be loyal and protective of them.

Jim, who said chat was a democracy? In a privately owned chat room, on a free chat server, you are allowed to chat at the owners discretion.
And ONCE again, I know for a fact that I warned you several times that you were pushing the envelope. You chose to ignore my warnings, that's on you.
I gave you more warnings then I have given to anyone ever, I'd say a years worth.  Accept the ban, its not going to change any time soon.

There is no excuse for the ban, you earned it, and you know you did.
How many times do you think you should be warned before you are banned? Some of you people who are banned amaze me, you all act like you had no idea you were pushing the envelope beyond what any room owner would tolerate. The constant complaints from chatters about another chatters behavior, begins to wear thin.
