log in works fine, but always takes me to guest when I try to join room, been that way for months, quit trying for a long time, and just tried again and same ole same.............. guest again... not sure what is up with that but will check back again one of these days and see if it works or not...

did the Adobe download to the newest version, no change... can not access chat. good luck with  a fix to the issue. Hey folks don't get too grouchy over this issue, life is too short !!!!!!!!!!  Surely there is a fix, and one that even a non techo person like myself will be able to use.
