the white envelope indicating buzzen mail icon, the little head icon indicating my friends and the exclamation point within a white circle icon  disappear when I click on one or the other, in a chatroom. They are still visible on my main page. I cleared cache and rebooted my computer. This did not resolve the problem. Does any one have any other suggestions and/ or resolution to his issue?

Updated profiles aren't working. Can you tell me when that might be working again?

Yes, I have a technical question. I have an image I want to use/ and am using for the background on my profile. I've cut it down on the top and the bottom but no matter what I do, I can't get the full image of the dancer in my background. I'm using the " stretch" rather than tile. It would drive me CRAZY to have like a thousand dancers in the background when I only want just one.

I've tried to resize the image also. I lack the skill set to figure out how to get the dancer centered so it shows in its beautiful entirety.

When you post a blog, you get a number in the bottom left hand corner. Does that number reflect how many times that blog is read or does it reflect the actual number of individual people, no matter how many times they come back to re read it ?
